Bag of Blessings Game – Hari Raya 2026

1. The Organizer
This Campaign is organized by OSK Property Holdings Berhad and its subsidiary companies (collectively referred to as “the Organizer”).

2. Campaign Period
The Campaign shall commence from 16th March 2026 until 31st March 2026 (“Campaign Period”). The Organizer reserves the absolute right to vary, postpone, or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion.

3. Eligibility
• Participation is strictly limited to Malaysian citizens and Permanent Residents currently residing in Malaysia.
• Participants must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the commencement date of the Campaign.

4. No Purchase Requirement
• No purchase of any property or services is required to participate.
• Participation is free; however, any data charges or internet costs incurred shall be borne solely by the Participant.

5. Game Mechanics & Leaderboard
• This is a skill-based competition. Winners are determined by their performance as reflected on the High-Score Leaderboard.
• Tie-Breaker: In the event of identical high scores, the Participant who achieved the score first (based on the Organizer’s server timestamp) shall be ranked higher.
• The Organizer’s server logs shall be the deemed conclusive evidence of the scores and timing. No external screenshots or screen recordings will be accepted as proof of score.

6. Cash Prizes and Disbursement
• Prizes:
o Top 1: RM888
o Top 2: RM788
o Top 3: RM688
o Top 4: RM588
o Top 5: RM488
o Top 6: RM388
o Top 7: RM288
o Top 8: RM188
o Top 9: RM88
o Top 10: RM68
o Consolation Prize x 10 (Top 11 – Top 20): RM38 each

• Winners will be notified via email and/or Whatsapp based on the details submitted during participation. If the Organizer is unable to contact a Winner after two (2) attempts, the prize shall be forfeited and the Organizer may at its discretion, select the next highest ranked Participant.
• Prizes will be disbursed via Direct Bank Transfer only to a Malaysian bank account. The account holder’s name must match the name on the Winner’s NRIC.
• Claim Period: Winners must provide their banking details and a copy of their NRIC within seven (7) calendar days of notification. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited, and the Organizer may, at its discretion, select the next highest ranked Participant.

7. Verification & Anti-Fraud Measures
• Integrity of Play: Any unfair method that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Participant exhibiting abnormal scoring patterns or technical anomalies without providing prior notice or evidence to the Participant.

8. Personal Data Protection (PDPA 2010)
By participating, the Participant confirms they have read the Organizer’s Privacy Policy and expressly consents to the processing of their personal data.
• Purpose: Data is collected for verification, prize fulfilment, and statutory tax reporting.
• Future Marketing: By opting in, Participants agree to receive promotional materials regarding future property launches or events by the Organizer and its subsidiaries.
• Publicity: The Organizer reserves the right to use the names, scores, and photos/avatars of Winners for advertising and publicity purposes across print, digital, and social media platforms without additional compensation or prior notice

9. Rights of the Organizer
The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments will be published on the official website page.

10. Exclusion of Liability
The Organizer does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the game platform and shall not be responsible for technical errors, server disruptions, or device compatibility issues. Winners shall be solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or other charges arising from acceptance of the prize

11. Finality of Decision
The Organizer’s decision on all matters (including winner selection and disqualification) is final, conclusive, and binding. No appeals, queries, or correspondence will be entertained. The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any Participant arising from participation in the Campaign, including but not limited to system failures, network interruptions, technical malfunctions, or unauthorized intervention.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
